We query our current appropriate and available candidates through our extensive proprietary email list. Sending blast emails with brief but often confidential job descriptions to our pre-screened opt in candidates who match Client requirements.

We access our established referral network of physician, advanced practice, and nursing colleagues who are our eyes and ears on the ground for us nationwide.
If further networking is required, at no cost to our Client, we utilize our trusted recruiter network affiliates and nationwide program director acquaintances.

Our team performs a collaborative analysis of candidate assets through close examination of candidate credentials, peer assessments, and references.
We conduct personal interviews with candidates prior to introduction to client to assure achievement of superior Client/Candidate matching.

We examine very closely our Candidate's overall skills and and vision for their ideal practice setting. Our goal is to to create a superior placement experience for both Client, Candidate and Candidate's family. Our Candidate's biographical profile must fit the desired Client job description to include location, reimbursement, benefits, family needs, and life style being successfully met.
Continually reevaluate client and Candidate requirements during the recruitment process.

Step Four: The Solution |
Manage appropriate recruitment relationship strategies to bring the prime candidate(s) to client for closure.
Maintain the lines of communication between candidates and our client to assure the search process and placement process is brought to a successful conclusion.

Presentation of top candidates to client with early assessments completed.
Arrange face-to-face interview with candidate and client.
Provide placement follow-up. Make sure that the client and successful candidate are completely satisfied with our placement services. Make quality assessment and improvement as required. Let out a big sigh of relief!
